Microfinish Valves, Inc., is a wholly owned subsidiary based in Houston, Texas, to provide fast and accurate application support and quick response time. Their 26,500 sq. ft. warehouse houses $20M in inventory, including ASME B16.34 Floating Ball Valves, API 6D Trunnion Mounted Ball Valves, API 6D Swing Check Valves, and Cryogenic Ball Valves.
Microfinish Valves, Inc. focus on specialty valves including API 6D Trunnion Ball Valves in Stainless Steel and higher alloys, 3-Way Valves, and Metal Seated and Cryogenic service designs. They enjoy a long history of supplying Cryogenic valves with in-house testing capability to –321°F per BS6364 and a specially designed bonnet extension for optimum heat transfer and minimum energy loss. All Microfinish valves are SIL-3 rated.
All Microfinish ASME and API category ball valves include a low emission stem seal design as standard and pass the stringent ISO 15848 and API 641 emission testing standards. 600# and higher pressure class valves receive 100% ultrasonic or radiography testing.
